Nathan Kerr

R.P.L.S. President & Owner, Kerr Surveying, LLC

Nathan Kerr didn’t start at the top. He started in the field. Since 2007, he’s worked just about
every role in at Kerr Surveying, and in 2020 he earned his RPLS license and purchased Kerr
Surveying, LLC from his father and became the President and Owner. Since then, he’s grown it
from a Brazos Valley operation into a multi-office firm working all across Central Texas.

Nathan holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology with a focus in Surveying and Mapping from UT
Tyler. His work spans the full range of surveying services: boundary, right-of-way, topographic,
land title, platting, and construction staking, with projects across both the public and private
sectors.

Beyond the technical side, Nathan has built a reputation for developing people, not just projects.
He’s invested heavily in growing his team from within, building out training pipelines and
promoting from the field up. For Nathan, the firm’s growth has always been about more than
revenue. It’s about building something worth being a part of.

When he’s not running a growing company, Nathan is at home with his wife and four kids,
staying rooted in his faith and his local church community. He’s the kind of guy who takes his
work seriously but knows exactly what he’s working for.
