Byron Bagby

Byron BagbyByron Bagby served in the U.S. Army for 33 years and retired as a Major General. He has filled leadership positions in five of the Army’s ten divisions and has spent a majority of his career leading and training Army, Joint and Multinational organizations. He has served as Commandant of Joint Forces Staff College and Chief of Staff of U.S. Army Europe. He has combat experience in Grenada and Afghanistan. He earned a Master’s degree in Education from UNC-Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Economics from Westminster College. He serves on numerous boards, including the William Woods University and Columbia Southern University Boards of Trustees and the Board of Directors of Management Support Technology, Inc. He is a 2011 Westminster College Lifetime Alumni Achievement Award recipient and was inducted into the Fulton Public Schools Hall of Fame in 2018. He has earned the National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow credential. He is co- founder of BMB Solutions, LLC; among its areas of focus are executive leadership development and coaching, and strategic planning.

Bill Weber

Bill WeberAfter soldiering for 32 years as an Armor officer, Bill retired in 2008 as a Brigadier General. He commanded numerous units and organizations throughout his career and is a veteran of combat operations during Desert Storm in 1991 and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He also served in operations in Lebanon, Sinai, Haiti, and Bosnia and had extensive education and experience in the Middle East. Since retiring, Bill has worked in a variety of executive level positions in the corporate sector. He has extensive experience in leadership, training, organizational management, budget management, and operations. A 1975 graduate of Texas A&M University, he has a Master’s Degree in National Security Affairs (Middle East Studies) from the Naval Postgraduate School and served as Mayor of the City of Woodway, Texas.

Donna Brock

Donna BrockDonna Brock is a retired Command Sergeant Major with more than 35 years of serving Soldiers and their families throughout the Army and other services. While serving in assignments across the world, including a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Donna’s culminating assignment was as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Army Surgeon General, the Medical Command, and the Army’s senior enlisted Medic.

She’s earned her bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State College and her master’s from Trident University International in Healthcare Management. Throughout her career in the Army as a senior leader, she has led, coached, and mentored hundreds of leaders who have continued to prosper in their careers. She served as an Executive Coach and Seminar Facilitator with True Growth Leadership Academy for 5 years. She also served as a Senior Facilitator for the Nominative Leaders Course at the War College in Carlisle, PA in which she has mentored and coached executive leaders. She also serves as an Executive Coach for supervisors at the Defense Logistics Agency and the National Archives and Records Administration. She serves as a Community Coach for the program Together With Veterans in which she works with rural communities across America to assist in setting up grassroots programs for Veteran suicide prevention and education. She serves on several Boards of Directors for numerous non-profit organizations. She has dedicated her life towards the service of others which includes teaching, coaching, and mentoring young leaders and the advancement of future women leaders.

Bob Dare

Bob DareBorn and raised in Michigan, Bob entered the US Army after completion of high school in 1968 and served for nearly 30 years.  He completed his career serving as Command Sergeant Major, US Army Forces Command, the Army’s largest organization. He had the privilege to hold every level of leadership from an infantry squad leader through Command Sergeant Major, the highest enlisted rank in the US Army, inculcating in him the importance of people and their individual contribution vital to success in any organization. He has led under a myriad of conditions including leadership in combat.

Bob was part of the very small population of leaders who remained on duty post-Vietnam and helped lead the Army from a conscription-based service to an all-volunteer force, a transition that took 25 years to complete.  He served in six of the Army’s 10 Divisions, deployed to 28 countries, and touched the lives of countless people.

For the past eleven years, he has led workshops, created, and conducted training, and provided executive coaching. Bob’s specialty is in providing leadership development and professional/personal growth services. He has served on U.S. Congressional and government panels and committees studying training, leadership, and gender integration within the US military.

Bob has coached executive level leaders from a wide range of industry, military and government organizations. He has facilitated numerous professional growth and leadership development seminars.

Bob is currently involved with the Together with Veterans program, working with the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) and the Department of Veterans Affairs to address rural Veteran suicide.

Bob holds degrees from St Leo University and Excelsior College. He is the author of “The High Ground”, a narrative of Bob’s maturity from a boy to a man.

Byrd Baggett

Byrd BaggettByrd Baggett is a best-selling author and popular motivational speaker. He has been helping organizations develop authentic leaders and passionately engaged teams since 1990. His corporate experience includes sales and management careers with two Fortune 500 companies. He is a Member of LWM III Consulting LLC and the creator of the True Growth brand. Byrd is the author of 15 best- selling books on the topics of sales, customer service, leadership (4 books) and motivation. A former All-American sprinter and two-time captain at the University of Texas at Austin, Byrd is also a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the highest earned designation presented by the National Speakers Association. He graduated in 1972 from the University of Texas with a BBA in Marketing. Of most importance, Jeanne is his wife and best friend, and they have been blessed with three children: Ashley, Amy and Austin and two beautiful granddaughters, Cate and Byrdie. Byrd’s purpose is living a life that inspires hope in others.

Glen “Coach” Sefcik

Glen Sefcik

Coach is an experienced executive director, project manager, and public relations representative. Also, a Certified Corporate Coach, Glen served six years as one of the leadership coaches for the US Army’s School for Command Preparation and its Pre-Command Course. In addition, he was hired as a leadership consultant by Chambers Bay Institute and was a personal leadership coach for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). He is also certified with World Class Coaching Corporation, specialized in Business Development & finance.

As CEO of Championship Management Consultants LLC, he has been a contracted consultant for several leadership organizations and continues to operate the business while being fully employed.  Coach currently is the Assistant Athletics Coach at Texas A&M Commerce. His accomplishments to date include the National Division II Champion in the discus and the Women’s National Champion in the Javelin. He served as a consultant for Joseph Brown, a member of the US Olympic Team and competitor at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

He is a former, international track & field coach and served as the Olympic Coach for the Saudi Arabian Amateur Association. He was the National Chairman for U.S. Track & Field Association’s Coaching Education Program and was selected in 1996 as a delegate for the International Olympic Academy for the United States Olympic Committee. Sefcik was chosen as a guest lecturer at the International Track & Field Coaching Association at the Olympic Games in 1996, and he served on the USATF Combined Events Committee establishing the VISD Gold Medal Project from 1990 until 1996. He received the Fred Wilt “Achievement Award” for Coaching Education by USATF for outstanding contribution to the certification program.

He served as the Executive Director for USA Track and Field Federation’s Florida Association and worked with the Walt Disney Wide World of Sports events during his tenure there.  In addition, he worked on two television projects with the ESPN and USA networks. Coach was selected as the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) Chief of the Mission to attend and present a professional paper to the International Olympic Academy (IOA).  He is also an active member of the International Olympic Academy Participants Association (IOAPA).

He has extensive international athletic coaching experience (Russia, Europe, and Middle East), as well as leadership experience at the national level. Coach was employed as an Associate Academic Affairs Director for the University of Phoenix (UOP) at several locations in the US. He also served as College Campus Chairman for General Studies and taught numerous courses for the university.

Coach was the head coach at Eastern New Mexico University, Wayland Baptist University, Texas A&M-Kingsville (Texas A&I) and Stephen F. Austin State University. His teams finished in the top four in NAIA and NCAA II National Championships on three different occasions and had numerous All-Americans and over 15 individual National Champions.

Glen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (UT) in 1972 majoring in Kinesiology and Communication and served as the student assistant coach for the track and field teams. He is a member of the “T” Letterman Association.  He served on the Texas Relays Games Committee for over 20 years. He was awarded the “Outstanding Physical Education Student” during his senior year from the Kinesiology Department at UT. He received a Master of Arts of Teaching Degree in Education and Communication at Angelo State University in 1975.  While at ASU he served on the Student Leadership Committee and was a member of the subcommittee that established guidelines for Title IX.

Rory L. Malloy

Rory Malloy

Command Sergeant Major, United States Army, Retired – Rory Malloy served more than 32 years as an Infantryman of which half as a Command Sergeant Major. Assignments included the 82nd Airborne Division; 3-325th Airborne, Vicenza, Italy; Drill Sergeant, Ft. Benning, Georgia; University of Dayton Army ROTC, Ohio; the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault); the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, Louisiana; the 1st Cavalry Division; Commandant, United States Army Sergeants Major Academy; and Sergeant Major for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (Pentagon).

Rory graduated with honors from every military course attended: Distinguished Honor Graduate from both the Jumpmaster School and Drill Sergeant School; Honor Graduate from the Air Assault School; Commandant’s List from the Basic NCO Course, Advance NCO Course, First Sergeants Course, the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 52), and the Army Keystone Course.

Some of his other awards and honors include being awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit (4th Award), Bronze Star Medal for Valor, Bronze Star Medal (3rd Award), Meritorious Service Medal (4th Award), the Master Parachutist Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, Drill Sergeant Identification Badge, Pathfinder Badge, Air Assault Badge, Italian Parachutist Badge and the Army Staff Identification Badge. Rory was awarded the Sergeant Morales Award, Sergeant Audie Murphy Award, 1993 Ft. Benning Drill Sergeant of the Year, the Order of Saint Maurice Primicerius Medal and Centurion Medals, the Order of Saint George Medal and the Order of Saint Barbara Medal. Rory is a Distinguished Member of the Regiment for the 187th Infantry Regiment, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, 327th Infantry Regiment, and 502nd Infantry Regiments and was inducted into the United States Army Sergeant Major Academy Hall of Honors in 2017.

Rory graduated college with honors as a “Cum Laude” with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and as a “Summa Cum Laude” with a Master of Business Administration, Human Resource Management.

Since his transition from the U.S. Army, Rory served as an Independent Associate and Executive Coach with LWM III at FT. Leavenworth, KS; Director, Business Development for LRAD, Inc. San Diego, CA; Executive Director for the Fort Campbell Strong Defense Alliance, Inc.; Government and Defense Advisor for SERE Industries, Inc.; Committee Member for the Army Education Advisory Committee; Board Member for VK Integrated Systems; Commissioner, KY Tourism Board for Oak Grove, KY; Consultant Team Member for DLI, Inc.; and President/CEO for Rory Malloy Consulting, LLC.

Donald R. Felt

Donald Felt

Command Sergeant Major (Retired) – Don Felt retired after 30 years of service in the United States Army as a Command Sergeant Major. As an Infantryman, Don served in Airborne, Mechanized and Ranger units such as the 82nd Airborne Division, the 75th Ranger Regiment and the 1st Cavalry Division. During his thirty years of service, he held every leadership position within the infantry from Fire Team Leader to Division Command Sergeant Major. Don served as the Command Sergeant Major of an Infantry Battalion and a Heavy Brigade Combat Team during two deployments to Operation Iraqi Freedom. On the first deployment the battalion had responsibility for the volatile Haifa Street area of Baghdad and on the second, the Brigade was responsible for the entire Dyala Province during “The Surge”. 

His follow-on Command Sergeant Major assignments include the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Hood, the Installation Management Command’s Central Region and the Installation Manage Command. As the Installation Management Command Sergeant Major, he assisted in the management, oversight and strategic planning of an organization that spanned the globe and served the needs of the entire Army.

After retiring, Don served as an Executive Coach for the Army’s School of Command Preparation coaching future Battalion and Brigade level Command Sergeants Major and as a Security Consultant for one of America’s most dynamic energy projects. He served as an Enlisted Senior Trainer for the Mission Command Training Support Program for five years training U.S. Army National Guard units on the Military Decision-Making Process before joining the Division HICOM Support Team as the Command Sergeant Major Subject Matter Expert.
